At BookishFlow, we strive to ensure every buyer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting a refund.

Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Book does not match the description or images provided by the seller
  • Book arrived in damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong item was delivered (different book than ordered)
  • Order was cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window
  • Payment was deducted but order could not be fulfilled by the seller

Non-refundable Products

  • Digital products (eBooks, sample papers, notes) after download
  • Books that show signs of misuse or damage caused by the buyer
  • Orders where the 7-day return window has expired
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page
  • Books that were not collected from the delivery point and returned to seller

Refund Timeline

Within 7 days of delivery

Submit your refund request through your orders page with proof.

2. Under Review

1-2 business days

Our team reviews your request and verifies the details with the seller.

3. Approved

Within 24 hours of review

Once approved, the refund is initiated to your original payment method.

4. Amount Credited

3-7 business days

Refund is credited to your bank account, UPI, or wallet depending on payment method.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your BookishFlow account
  2. Go to My Orders from your profile menu
  3. Find the order and click Request Refund
  4. Select the reason and provide any supporting evidence (photos, etc.)
  5. Submit the request — our team will review it within 1-2 business days

Please ensure you provide clear photos of the issue to speed up the review process. Incomplete requests may be delayed or rejected.
