Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted for physical books only. The following conditions apply:
Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Book must be in the same condition as received (no damage caused by buyer)
All original packaging and accessories must be included
Return is only applicable for books shipped within India
Books listed with "Verified" badge are eligible for hassle-free returns

Photo Requirements
When submitting a return request, please provide clear photographs showing:
The overall condition of the book (front and back cover)
Any damage, torn pages, or defects clearly visible
The difference from the listing description, if applicable
The order invoice or shipping label for reference
Inspection Process
All returned books go through an inspection process:
Return package is received at our facility
Book condition is verified against the return reason provided
Photos of the returned item are taken for record
If approved, refund is initiated within 24 hours of inspection
If rejected, the book is sent back to the buyer with explanation
If the returned book does not match the reported issue or shows signs of misuse, the return may be rejected and the book will be shipped back to you.
